Bell Flower Clinic – Eskenazi Health
The Eskenazi Bell Flower Clinic provides medical services including HIV/STI testing.
Brothers United, Inc. offers educational programs and discussion groups about LGBTQ healthcare, HIV/STI testing, counseling services, and transgender support services.
Counseling Practicum Clinic – Ball State University
The Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic offers counseling services to people in Muncie and the surrounding area. Graduate students in the counseling program work with clients under the supervision of licensed psychologists and counselors.
The Damien Center provides medical services including HIV/STI and pregnancy testing, counseling, housing and career support, legal resources, and a food pantry.
Domestic Violence Network
The Domestic Violence Network works in collaboration with the community, law enforcement, universities, service providers, and a variety of other fields to provide education and awareness on issues surrounding domestic violence and sexual assault. The Domestic Violence Network works in partnership with Indy Pride, Inc. and Open for Service to provide free training to service providers on the effects of domestic violence and sexual assault in the LGBTQ+ community.
Gender Health Program – Riley Hospital
The Riley Gender Health Program provides comprehensive support for youth under age 21. Consisting of providers from various specialties, the Gender Health Program serves emotional, mental, and physical health needs. Services include gender affirming hormone therapy, treatment for menstrual suppression, surgery consultation and coordination, and psychological counseling.
GenderNexus empowers people who are gender diverse to lead healthy and holistic lives by connecting them with supportive services to meet physical, emotional, social, and occupational needs. Services include support groups, HIV/STI testing, educational workshops, social events, and housing support.
Indiana Transgender Network
The Indiana Transgender Network provides a database of providers and organizations that specialize in trans-care, including medical, counseling, legal, and support group services.
Indiana Transgender Wellness Alliance
The Indiana Transgender Wellness Alliance (ITWA) is a collection of public and private partnerships that recognize the need to advocate and educate about the challenges many trans-identifying people experience. The ITWA’s mission is to improve access to wellness resources and help service providers better understand and care for the needs of transgender and gender-diverse people.
Indiana Youth Group
The Indiana Youth Group (IYG) runs an activity center for LGBTQIA youth ages 12-20. The IYG offers a variety of wellness and education programs, including HIV/STI testing and support groups.
The Julian Center provides support for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in order to recover and build a life free of abuse. Services include a 24-hour crisis line, shelter, counseling services, outreach services, transitional and affordable housing, food pantry access, and safety planning.
LifeCare Program – IU Health Methodist
The IU Health Methodist LifeCare Program provides HIV medical care. LifeCare provides access to the latest HIV treatments (including research trials), rapid HIV testing, social work assistance, and medicine adherence counseling.
Muncie OUTreach is a drop-in center for LGBTQ youth. Muncie OUTreach provides a safe place for youth to feel supported. Services include help with finding HIV and STI testing, sexual education provided by the Heartland Community Services Foundation, LGBTQ+ friendly therapy through the Ball State Practicum Clinic, a food bank located in the Unitarian Universalist Church, domestic violence resources provided by A Better Way, Inc., and free contraception/protection.
Planned Parenthood of Indiana
Planned Parenthood of Indiana provides LGBT educational services, HIV/STI testing, and general health care for women and men at 20+ health center locations.
Ryan White HIV Services Program
The Ryan White HIV Services Program (RWSP) is a part of the Marion County Public Health Department. Ryan White funds are intended to provide “stop gap” services for HIV+ eligible individuals until they can be enrolled in long term comprehensive insurance programs, such as Medicaid or Medicare.
Step-Up, Inc. offers LGBTQ youth educational programs and HIV/STD prevention services.
Transgender Health and Wellness Program – Eskenazi Health
The Eskenazi Transgender Health and Wellness Program serves the healthcare needs of transgender and gender non-conforming adults. The clinic provides primary care, behavior health assessment and therapy, hormone replacement, specialty referrals, care coordination, and support groups.
TransIndy, a merger of Indy Boyz and Indy Girlz, offers peer-led support groups for transgender and gender-diverse people.
AIDS Resource Group
The AIDS Resource Group (ARG) of Southwestern Indiana provides quality, specialized case management, HIV prevention education, and supportive services to people living with, at-risk for, or affected by HIV/AIDS. Additional supportive services include vision and dental care referrals, food pantry access, and direct emergency financial assistance.
Positive Link, a program of Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital Community Health, is a provider for those with or at risk for HIV in south central Indiana. Services include HIV testing and education, housing support, nutrition and meal supplements, financial assistance for medication, dental, optical, and quality of life enhancement, support groups, social events, and community building activities.
Premier Healthcare is a Bloomington-based primary care/family medicine and gynecology combined practice with over 61 years of experience caring for patients of all ages. The practice is focused on hormone management of perimenopause, menopause, and andropause. Other services offered include a good community network of mental health professionals and major/minor surgeries for trans patients.
Tri-State Alliance Youth Group
The Tri-State Alliance (TSA) Youth Group is a safe place for self-identified LGBTQ youth under the age of 21. Services provided include prevention and education of substance abuse and HIV/STI.
LGBT Center at the University of Louisville
The LGBT Center has a satellite office on the health sciences campus that offers a free LGBT Health Certificate to UofL students, staff and faculty, as well as the public. Sessions can be completed online or in person. LGBT community members are encouraged to attend these sessions, and can also contact the Center to volunteer to be a part of trainings for health professional students on LGBT health issues.
University of Louisville Physicians
UofL Physicians and the UofL School of Medicine have joined together with the LGBT Center and community members to develop and important initiative focused on addressing the health care needs of the LGBTQ community. Our goal is to develop services that support the diverse needs of the LGBTQ community through improved access, provider and team member training, and the implementation of a comprehensive patient care model.
University of Louisville 550 Clinic
The 550 HIV Clinic is a federally funded outpatient medical clinic for HIV+ individuals. Ryan White Title III funding, along with the support of University of Louisville, has made it possible to operate Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

The University of Louisville School of Dentistry Community Based Dental Partnership Program provides quality oral healthcare care to HIV+ Kentuckians. The goals of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry Community Based Dental Partnership Program are: 1) to enhance access to quality oral health care to persons living with HIV/AIDS in the underserved areas of Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding counties including northern Kentucky and southern Indiana and outreach to individuals living in the more rural, southern and western counties surrounding Elizabethtown, Kentucky and; 2) to increase the number dental providers capable of managing the needs of persons living with HIV/AIDS.

The TransForm Health clinic is a partnership of UK HealthCare providers who have the shared goal of meeting many of the unique medical needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals in Kentucky. The clinic is committed to providing the highest quality care in inclusive environments. Clinic services include primary care, preventative care, PrEP, adult hormone therapy, counseling, and tobacco dependence treatment.
AIDS Volunteers Inc.
AVOL provides housing and supportive services to over 400 low-income men and women living with HIV/AIDS. AVOL provides free HIV testing and HIV prevention education/outreach for those at-risk in the community. We serve as an important link connecting those newly diagnosed and those out of care to medical treatment and other healthcare resources.
Office of LGBTQ Resources at the University of Kentucky
As a part of the Office of the Vice President for Institutional Diversity, LGBTQ Resources is the centralized institutional unit that serves all students, faculty, and staff through professional advocacy, consulting, education, and support. They operate offices on UK’s main campus and in UK HealthCare and can be a resource for connecting individuals on campus and in the community to essential services and groups. They can also assist in connecting individuals to Transform Health, UK HealthCare’s multi-site LGBTQ focused clinic.
Pride Community Services (PCSO)
PCSO works to improve the lives of people in the sexual minority and gender expansive community of Central and Eastern Kentucky by enhancing visibility, empowering community members, and educating the public about issues impacting said community.
