I am a heterosexual, cisgender female therapist specializing in ADHD treatment and assessment, as well as Anxiety, Depression, and adjustment issues. I have had many LGB clients over the years, and more recently, I’ve worked with several Transgender clients. Often, these clients come to therapy for reasons unrelated to specific-LGBTQ issues, but they need an LGBTQ-affirming environment, and I try to offer that. Whenever possible, I attend continuing education related to LGBTQ issues. Especially here in North Carolina, these populations are under an enormous amount of stress, and I am happy to be able to serve this community to the best of my ability. Please be warned that there can be a delay for clients needing assessment for ADHD, but I can usually get clients interested in therapy scheduled more quickly. Clients Served: All LGBTQ Individuals, LGBTQ Families, Adults, Adolescents, Cisgender, Transgender and Gender Nonconforming, Lesbians, Gays, Bisexual men and women.
