I worked with Ali and she was such an invaluable part of my transition. She worked with me to develop a successful toolbox to dramatically improve my voice in a healthy way and continue to maintain it beyond our sessions. Her explanations were understandable and contributed to the quality of care. We also worked on non verbal communication and other feminine signals.
When I started, my insurance refused to cover my voice therapy, so Ali worked with me to accomplish what we needed to do to ensure I would succeed in fewer sessions. Unbeknownst to me, she was repeatedly petitioning my insurance about the medical necessity of voice therapy. They came around in the end thanks to her hard work.
She is one of the most caring and helpful people I know beyond just her excellent care.
