I have worked with LGBTQ who are out, those who are finding their voice and coming out, those who have left long term heterosexual relationships in order to live more authentically as a gay/lesbian, transgendered who have transitioned and those who are in the process (although I have never been involved in the formal process such as letter writing to assist in that transition/surgery requirements), those individuals who are questioning their identity or figuring out how they want to go about showing their most authentic being. I may not be an expert in all areas but I am respectful, non-judgmental, welcoming and provide space for everyone to be their authentic self or to find that for themselves.
