Community involved, consumer advisory board for LGBTQ concerns, FQHC, self-identifying as LGBTQ, serving LGBTQ patients, “SAFE” health care facility. We are out in community frequently meeting patients and advocating for fair treatment in health care facilities. We provided education and preform lots of outreach and enabling services to assist our community. Our providers have been featured in local newspapers for their work in care equality.
