Since 2005, I have been working with with LGBQ and Trans/GNC/non-binary individuals and communities in a variety of capacities, including: psychotherapy; group facilitation; advocacy; community organizing; and consulting and supervising other clinicians. I currently offer individual psychotherapy for adults, with a specialization in issues relating to gender, sexuality and sex, and work with couples in diverse relationship structures.
My gender and sexuality related studies focused on exploring the impact of cisnormativity on transgender and gender non-conforming individuals, the impact of shared gender and/or sexuality identities between therapists and clients, and queer and transgender education gaps in mental health-related training.
