I identify as a cisgender man and pansexual and/or queer. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers. I received my Master in Social Work, Clinical Concentration, from the top 20 percent ranked social work program at Saint Louis University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois and Missouri. I have developed specialized skills working with victims of domestic and/or sexual violence and the LGBTQ+ community at a community agency locally sought out as the expert in domestic and sexual violence, where I am also considered the LGBTQ+ specialist. I have developed, improved, and promoted LGBTQ+ programming for multiple agencies with which I was employed. I reference and remain informed by The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) Standards of Care for the Health of Transsexual, Transgender, and Gender Nonconforming People. I am both Safe Zone Trained and trained as a Safe Zone Trainer. I have attended multiple LGBTQ+specific trainings for service providers.
