Life can be wonderful and exciting, challenging or scary. As a therapist, it is my goal to help you work through all of life’s ups and downs, with strategies designed to most effectively help you achieve greater well-being. I believe that therapy is a relationship for growth and a partnership between the client and therapist, where together we work towards achieving your goals. I will work to help you expertly navigate your challenges such as processing difficult emotions, learning healthy coping skills, developing a deeper understanding and appreciation of yourself, enhancing your self-esteem, and building satisfying relationships.
I offer therapy specifically tailored to your individual needs, addressing both the reduction of presenting symptoms and their root causes. I specialize in treating substance use, anxiety, and depressive disorders, along with issues relating to trauma and the LGBTQIA+ community from a non-judgmental and empathic perspective.
Whether you are dealing with a mental health condition, going through a difficult life transition, or you have been experiencing interpersonal conflicts, I believe you deserve help and I encourage you to contact me so that together we can work to achieve your goals.
