We are a medical practice which provides fertility care and assisted reproductive technologies (ART) services. Since the inception of our practice in 1989, we have welcomed LGBT patients even though the vast majority of our patients are heterosexual couples with infertility. We have always treated lesbian patients who needed donor sperm insemination to conceive, and provided them with more advanced assisted reproductive services if they are unable to conceive with basic donor sperm insemination. In 1989, I began treating gay male couples with in vitro fertilization (IVF) using donor eggs and gestational surrogacy, and have since helped dozens of male couples build their families with ART. More recently, I have been treating transgender patients who desire the opportunity to have genetically related children, using ART services such as IVF, oocyte cryopreservation or sperm cryopreservation. Our staff have been trained to be culturally sensitive to LGBT patients. We have a website dedicated to our LGBT patients: http://www.gayivf.com/
