I am a fat, queer, polyamorous relational therapist and music therapist. I am a board-certified music therapist and pre-licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, with specialized training in reproductive mental health, music therapy-assisted childbirth, polyamorous relational counseling, fat-affirming care, and family systems consulting. I can work with individuals, couples, polycules, families, or other relationship configurations for counseling. I provide prenatal, labor & delivery, and postpartum music therapy services and birth / attachment education for new parents. I also provide creative arts group therapy for those struggling with body image, fat acceptance, fat liberation, adoption or surrogacy, and pregnancy. My practice is called “outside the lines” because I believe that we all deserve to live our most colorful, authentic, and liberated lives, no matter how far “outside the lines” we color or live.
***Please note: I am NOT a midwife, but music therapy is not listed as a profession on this or many care professions drop downs, so it was the closest I could select to get filtered for my birthing services. These include live labor & delivery support, in-home postpartum support, and prenatal birth education (similar to Lamaze groups but approached with a focus on music and creative arts).
