I’m a Mental Health Practitioner with a Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from University of the Rockies School of Psychology. I believe that every human being has the ability to find meaning and purpose in their life experience. By intentionally choosing your values, beliefs, and personal narratives, you can change the direction and experience of your life and relationships. I have completed the OutCare Health Cultural Competency Training, and am able to help navigate and support people in the LGBTQ+ community along with families who are struggling with dynamics and relationship structure.
I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and seniors to move through trauma, grief, and depression. I understand the importance of building a trusting relationship in order to provide a safe place for processing challenging life experiences. In therapy, I integrate humanistic philosophy with cognitive behavioral techniques to help people make meaningful and lasting changes in their mind, body, and relationships with others.
