Franco is a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey striving to create a supportive, non-judgmental space for clients to explore identity, work through life transitions, address relationship concerns, manage anxiety, and find meaning. Clients of all identities and backgrounds are welcome, and Franco specializes in serving the LGBTQI+ community and their family members, with a particular interest in working with nonbinary, bi/pansexual, and intersex clients, as well as college and graduate student populations.

They also recognize the ways in which racism, ableism, transphobia, fatphobia, and other oppressive forces affect us in our everyday lives. Franco will work with you to identify strengths, reduce anxiety, find motivation or solutions, and work through conflict. They also provide assessment (and letters) for gender affirming medical care and can help you navigate transition, whatever that looks like for you.
