Hello, and thank you for considering partnership with me in your therapeutic journey! I am an emotionally focused and strengths based therapist passionate about supporting those putting forth effort into fostering a healthy and fruitful relationship with oneself, which includes exploration of identity, personal strengths and areas for improvement, connection with thoughts, feelings, hopes and needs, and functioning within the greater network of one’s life. I am a trans health advocate, and take seriously the responsibility of engaging in consistent consultation and training to understand the political and medical worlds that impact the mental, behavioral and physical health of the community. I have the privilege of working in two contexts: in-person in schools through a community mental health agency, and telehealth for the state of Washington. I am especially experienced in working with adolescents and adults who have experienced early childhood trauma, and work with a variety of other contexts for worries, hopes and goals as well. I enjoy hosting individual and relational sessions, including with families, other supports, and partnerships with both monogamous and polyamorous relationships. I’ve been partnering with adolescents and families in therapy since 2017, and expanded to working with adults and life partnerships in 2020. I have had the honor of working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community since 2017, and began writing letters for gender affirming care in 2020.
