I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Supervisor. I am a heterosexual cisgender woman. My pronouns are she/her. I am an ally. I offer general counseling, food allergy counseling, and perinatal mental health counseling for pregnancy, infertility, postpartum concerns. For people in the LGBTQ+ community experiencing mental health issues (anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues) while trying to conceive, pregnant, or postpartum, living with food allergies, or just in general, I am available to help. I have basic training and experience in LGBTQ+ issues. I do not claim to be a specialist, but I do provide compassionate affirming counseling for all people. Telehealth is available for those in California and Texas. In person is available for local clients (Colleyville, TX).
