Hello, I’m Tasha Searles (they/she), a certified advanced practice nurse providing medical care for adults with complex chronic health conditions. My primary focus is Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, related conditions, and those with unexplained symptoms who haven’t found answers elsewhere. I am personally queer, non-binary, autistic, adhd, and living with multiple chronic illnesses including Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. The majority of my patients are queer, trans, non-binary, and/or gender diverse. Many are also neurodivergent. I practice from a neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+, HAES, & disability affirming lens. I am committed to continuing education on Queer and Trans healthcare, trauma informed care, neurodiversity, disability justice, and other related to complex chronic health conditions. I am in the process of receiving additional training on gender affirming hormone therapy and within the next few months will begin offering this in my practice. My goal is to create a safer healthcare environment where all feel welcome and free to be who they are. Inclusivity and accessibility are the foundations of which my practice was built, and I am always open to feedback on how I can do better. If you are interested in learning more, or seeing me as a patient/client, feel free to reach out via email or my website.
