As a transgender man I know what it’s like to have healthcare providers who don’t fully understand you. You spent most of your appointment educating them on your identity and why it matters. I know what it’s like to have gender affirming surgery and the work that is required for recovery. Many people in the queer community suffer from poor posture attempting to hide their chest. My goal is to provide everyone in the LGBTQIA+ community with exceptional care, utilizing movement as medicine to help reduce pains that limit daily activities and/or improve sports performance.
