His expertise caught the attention of a California Health plan Organization, leading him to join as a strategic leader and requiring a relocation to the vibrant LA metropolitan area. In 2022, after mutually parting ways with his previous organization, Darrell now divides his time between Miami and LA, focusing on his passion for graphic and visual arts through a social media lens. Discovering OutCare, Darrell was inspired to utilize his platform to make a significant impact as part of this exceptional organization. Recognizing OutCare as a valuable resource and a giant leap forward for the LGBTQ+ community, Darrell wholeheartedly embraces the mission of creating equitable healthcare.
