I am a sex-positive, poly-affirming, LGBTQ+ affirming therapist with a passion for offering poly-affirmative support to individuals and partner groups. I obtained a Master’s in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and have had the privilege of working in a variety of diverse settings, including a college counseling center, child advocacy center, and nonprofit therapy clinic. I currently see clients as a sex therapist at Carolina Sexual Wellness Center and specialize in working with clients who have concerns related to sex, sexuality, and gender. As an African American woman raised in deeply Christian and conservative environments, I understand firsthand how cultural and religious norms can shape—and sometimes restrict—how individuals view their identities. These experiences have inspired my commitment to support others as they heal, grow, and embrace their full selves.
