Alabama

AIDS Alabama
AIDS Alabama focuses on housing, policy and advocacy, supportive services, HIV prevention and education, as well as free and confidential HIV testing. The organization is devoted to helping people with HIV/AIDS live healthy independent lives. They offer several support groups and mental health services, an example of one is their unique support group for the Latinx LGBTQ community called Somos Nosotros. They also have a Living Well Out Patient Center that offer programs for HIV-positive patients with emotional and mental health issues.

Birmingham AIDS Outreach
Birmingham AIDS Outreach is an organization that offers free and confidential tests for HIV, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trichomoniasis (TRICH), Hepatitis C and Syphilis. They host several testing events throughout the year at various metro area locations including college campuses, health fairs, retail locations and bars while also offering regular on-site testing. They offer services through their PrEP Clinic located at the University of Alabama and have case managers who are licensed social workers to help people living with HIV set personal goals and obtain any assistance they may need.

C.A.R.E. Services, Inc.
C.A.R.E. Services exists to provide for the mental and physical well-being of sexual and gender minorities, and to work in partnership with other marginalized populations to achieve mutual goals of equity and equality. They offer LGBTQ+ youth support groups every Tuesday from 6-8pm in Huntsville, Athens, and Dothan, as well as a transgender peer support group in Huntsville. Anticipated future services to include counseling/therapy, adult peer support groups, and social gatherings.

Equality Alabama
Equality Alabama is a nonprofit advocacy organization seeking to advance equal rights for LGBT Alabamians through education, advocacy, and collaboration. 

Five Horizons Health Services (FHHS)
Five Horizons Health Services offers services to West Alabama’s LGBTQ community. Services include specialized medical treatment, HIV/Hepatitis C testing and treatment, STD/STI treatment and testing as well as prevention education. Special programs include SISTA (Sisters Informing Sisters on Topics about AIDS) an African-American women peer-led program, Probationer and Parolee HIV/HCV Testing Programs to provide HIV and HCV education to the Tuscaloosa County and a Latinx Outreach program.

Magic City Wellness Center
The Magic City Wellness Center is a comprehensive LGBTQ center located in Birmingham, AL. They provide culturally competent primary care services including PrEP, counseling, HIV and STD/STI testing, hormone replacement therapy, and support groups for youth and adults.

Medical Advocacy and Outreach (MAO)
Medical Advocacy and Outreach provides much needed health and wellness services benefitting people living with HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C and other life-threatening illnesses. Multiple full-service clinic locations across central and southern Alabama offer services geared towards the LGBTQ community. Services include physical and mental health providers, HIV education and testing, food bank services and other support services.

Rocket City Rainbow Pages
Rocket City Rainbow Pages provides a directory of local affirming providers and practitioners.

Shoals Diversity Center
Shoals Diversity Center in Florence, AL offers limited free individual and couples counseling to those without insurance, as well as a sexual assault support group, an LGBTQ youth group (ages 17 to 24), and a gender expansive support group.

Thrive Alabama
Thrive Alabama empowers LGBTQ patients to create a healthy community by providing compassionate, accessible, affordable and comprehensive care. They have HIV clinics in Huntsville, Florence, and Albertville and provide primary care and telemedicine services. Other services offered include STI testing and treatment and HIV prevention via PrEP and safe sex education.

University of Alabama- Birmingham LGBTQ Mental Health & Wellness Clinic
The UAB LGBTQ Mental Health & Wellness Clinic serves gender non-conforming children and LGBTQ+ adults. They offer outpatient medical treatment, outpatient substance abuse treatment, individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and letters of referral for HRT. Services performed by medical physicians, clinical psychologists, and social workers.

VA Medical Center: Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Program
The Birmingham Veterans Affairs Medical Center offers a variety of programs to create a health care system that is supportive and responsive to the particular needs of LGBT Veterans and staff. Transgender patients and intersex individuals are provided all care included in VA’s medical benefits package including but not limited to: hormonal therapy, mental health care, preoperative evaluation, and medically necessary post-operative and long-term care following sex reassignment surgery.

Alaska

Alaskan AIDS Assistance Association
Alaskan AIDS Assistance Association (Four A’s) is an organization that seeks to improve care and prevention of HIV/AIDS in Alaska. They provide HIV testing, clean syringe exchange programs, and medical case management to HIV positive patients.

Identity
Identity is an organization in Anchorage that acts as an advocate for the LGBTQ adults and youth of Alaska. They provide community programming, support groups, advocacy, and an LGBTQ-friendly medical provider directory.

Interior AIDS Association
Interior AIDS Association seeks to provide care and prevention resources for HIV/AIDS and is headquartered in Fairbanks. They provide HIV and Hepatitis C testing, medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorders, and medical case management for people living with HIV.

Arizona

Arizona Trans Youth and Parent Organization (TYPO)
Arizona TYPO is a youth and parent organization that seeks to support trans youth and their families in Arizona. They provide support groups, educational resources, and assistance in accessing trans-affirming healthcare.

Chrysalis
Chrysalis is a community program and crisis shelter that provides resources to those affected by domestic violence in the Phoenix area. They provide crisis shelter, transitional housing, and counseling services based on availability.

Gender Management Service – Phoenix Children’s Hospital
The Gender Management Service at Phoenix Children’s Hospital is the only comprehensive gender health program at a children’s hospital in Arizona. They provide comprehensive gender care that begins with consultation for pubertal blocking medications, gender-affirming hormone therapy, and legal and school assistance through the transition process.

HIV Services – Chicanos Por La Causa LUCES
HIV Services through Chicanos Por La Causa’s LUCES program provides HIV testing, treatment, and referral resources to the Latino community of Phoenix.

One N Ten
One N Ten is a non-profit organization that provides a youth center and educational resources to LGBTQ youth ages 14-24 in Phoenix. They focus on providing a safe space, discussion groups, and healthy lifestyle education.

Phoenix Shanti Program
Phoenix Shanti Program is an organization that provides counseling, housing, and vocational resources to patients living with HIV in Arizona. Counseling is provided on a group or individual basis and they provide numerous educational/vocational training programs.

Pima County HIV/AIDS Care Consortium
Pima County HIV/AIDS Care Consortium seeks to provide treatment and resources to those living with or at risk for HIV and other STI’s. They provide counseling, testing for individuals and couples, limited in-house treatment, and referrals to appropriate care.

Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation
Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation seeks to provide testing and treatment resources for HIV/AIDS in Southern Arizona. They provide HIV testing and counseling resources in addition to referral and resources for accessing medications for treatment and prophylaxis.

Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS
Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS seeks to provide care and prevention resources for HIV. They provide walk-in HIV/STI testing, comprehensive primary care, transgender healthcare including hormone therapy, PrEP/PEP, and a full range of other health services to those living with or at risk for HIV.

Stonewall Institute
The Stonewall Institute is a substance abuse and behavioral health organization located in Phoenix. They provide LGBTQ-integrative substance abuse and mental health care to the state of Arizona.

Terros Health
Terros Health seeks to provide comprehensive health care to the LGBTQ community of Arizona. Their services include primary care, substance abuse treatment, crisis intervention, and free HIV and STD testing and resources to Maricopa County residents.

Transgender Medical Services – El Rio Health
Transgender Medical Services at El Rio Health provides a full range of primary and specialized care to the transgender community of Arizona in a gender-affirming environment. They provide full primary care for adults, children, and adolescents including hormone therapy as well as limited OBGYN and cancer screening at certain clinic locations.

Trans Spectrum of Arizona
Trans Spectrum of Arizona is a support organization for the transgender and gender-variant community of Arizona. They provide weekly support groups and educational resources to transgender individual and their families.

Arkansas

Center for Artistic Revolution (CAR)
CAR was founded in Little Rock, Arkansas to create an inclusive intergenerational LGBTQ centric organization working to build and sustain a progressive movement in Arkansas that connect people and ends discrimination. Programs offered include Latinx Revolucíon LGBTQ which was created in August 2015 to provides resources and empowerment to the Latino LGBTQ community in Central Arkansas.

Hot Springs LGBT Alliance
Hot Springs LBGT Alliance seeks to maintain a sense of community and awareness for the LGBTQ community throughout the Garland County. They offer social and educational opportunities for the community and aim to create a supportive network for the local LGBTQ community and allies.

Jeesi’s House
Jessi’s House is a home for LGBTQ youth in the River Valley, giving them a safe space to rest and regroup, build a support network, and access to resources to improve the trajectory of their futures.

Lucie’s Place
Lucie’s Place serves Arkansas’s young, LGBTQ adults who are experiencing homelessness by providing them with safe living environments, job training, and counseling services.

Northwest Arkansas Equality
Northwest Arkansas Equality is an educational, advocacy, and service organization that offers HIV testing, peer support groups, and social & community outreach events. It is also hosts Arkansas’s largest pride celebration: the Northwest Arkansas Pride.

Pridecorps: LGBT Youth Center of Arkansas
Pridecorps is an organization for the LGBTQ community ages 13-20 in the central Arkansas area. They offer fun and education resources including substance abuse, mental health and suicide prevention groups. They also offer safe sex, HIV and STI prevention and wellness services.

River Valley Equality Center
The River Valley Equality Center is a community organization committed to non-violent advocacy for the rights of all humans with an emphasis on the LGBTQ community. They offer counseling services, drug and alcohol treatment and various other resources including a list of local providers who are sympathetic to the trans community.

California

Inland Empire (Coachella Valley, Palm Springs, Riverside County, San Bernardino County)

Desert AIDS Project
The Desert AIDS project offers services in high quality primary care, HIV-specialty care with access to their HIV Health Center, a dental clinic and a sexual health and wellness center. They accept Medicare and Medi-Cal and have contracts with many insurance companies and offer a Sliding Fee Scale Discount for uninsured low-income clients. They specialize in services for those living with, affected by, or at-risk for HV or AIDS in the Coachella Valley.

LGBT Community Center of the Desert
The LGBT Community Center of the Desert offers free and low cost counseling for the LGBT community through their Scott Hines Health Clinic. They also offer wellness classes such as yoga and tai chi along with rapid HIV testing and PrEP education. Along with those services, every Thursday evening the center hosts a pop-up grocery store that provides free groceries for local families and residents without fear of discrimination of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age or religion.

TruEvolution
TruEvolution works with high-risk and underserved LGBTQ populations to defend the lives of LGBTQ people by centering healthy equity and racial justice to advance health outcomes in underserved communities. They offer direct health services such as HIV/Hep-C testing, condom access, case management, emergency supportive housing, pharmacy access and health coverage enrollment. They also offer behavioral health services and youth advocacy programs.

TruEvolution es una organización dedicada a luchar por la justicia LGBT y la prevención y eliminación del VIH/SIDA en América. Servicios directos de salud incluyen: pruebas de VIH/Hep-C, accceso a condones, terapia cara-a-cara, grupos de apoyo, servicios de accesso a farmacia y búsqueda del seguro medico.

Los Angeles

APAIT
APAIT is committed to positively impact the quality of life for medically underserved communities living with or at risk for HIV/AIDS and other health disparities through culturally competent and linguistically appropriate programs in Southern California. They offer HIV Care Programs, Behavioral Health Services, Substance Abuse programs and HIV testing and counseling programs.

AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA Health)
The AIDS Project Los Angeles provides free and low-cost medical care to the LGBTQ community along with access to PrEP and PEP and housing support services for people living with HIV. They have various locations throughout LA and offer insurance enrollment, counseling and dental care as well.

Bienestar
Bienestar is a community-based social services organization based in the greater Los Angeles area. Their focus is on identifying and addressing emerging health issues faced by the Latino and LGBTQ populations. Bienestar’s education and support programs address areas such as: HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention, STIs, mental health services and substance use and harm reduction with all services free of charge to the community. Community centers are located in East Los Angeles, El Monte, Hollywood, Long Beach, Pomona, San Fernando Valley and South LA.

Black AIDS Institute
The Black AIDS Institute has a mission to stop the AIDS pandemic in Black communities by engaging and mobilizing Black institutions and individuals in efforts to confront HIV. They offer Black Healthcare Access services along with PrEP education and access, specifically for the growing number of black women interested in HIV prevention.

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA)
Children’s Hospital Los Angeles provides culturally-competent, inclusive care to the LGBTQ youth of Los Angeles. In addition to their full range of primary care and specialty services, CHLA houses the Transyouth Health and Development program which seeks to support the trans and gender-variant youth community via education, medical services, and HIV prevention.

In the Meantime Men
In the Meantime Men’s Group is purposed to enrich, empower and extend the lives of intergenerational black men, respectful of sexual orientation, through social, educational, health and wellness programs and services. Services offered include yoga and meditation, condom distribution, HIV testing and STD screening linkage, case management and health education outreach.

Latino Equality Alliance/Alianza Latina Por La Igualidud
The Latino Equality Alliance promotes equality, and justice for the Latino/a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer + community. They are located at Mi Centro LGBTQ Community Center in Boyle Heights. This non-profit organization focuses on family acceptance, LGBTQ equality and immigration reform. They offer a variety of programs to help build healthy and safe environments for the LGBTQ community including a College Access and Success Support and an LGBTQA youth council that offers college application support and tips on how to create more inclusive spaces at home.

LGBTQ Center Long Beach
The LGBTQ Center Long Beach serves the LGBTQ community and allies in the Long Beach area. Services include HIV testing and STI screening services. They also offer resources in accessing PrEP in Long Beach along with mental health counseling services.

Los Angeles LGBT Center
The Los Angeles LGBT Center provides full primary care for both women and men and is a licensed medical services provider through the Los Angeles Department of Health. Specialized services including HIV/STD testing and treatment, PrEP/PEP, and other culturally-competent health services are provided through clinics at multiple center locations. Their transgender health program offers hormone therapy, pre- and post-surgical care, and trans-appropriate sexual health and cancer screenings.

OUTReach Center
The OUTreach Center serves the LGBTQ community and allies living in the Antelope Valley. They offer health, social, educational and cultural services that benefit the entire lifespan of LGBTQ people. Their services include support groups for members of the community to come together and empower one another.

San Fernando Valley LGBT Community Center
The San Fernando Valley LGBT Community Center is a coalition made up of organizations serving the LGBT population in San Fernando Valley, especially among the Latino population. Programs include youth and adult workshops for STD/Disease prevention, counseling services, an HIV Examination Referral Program and community events.

San Gabriel Valley Gay and Lesbian Center
The San Gabriel Valley Gay and Lesbian Center fosters a safer and more inclusive San Gabriel Valley for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. They offer community education programs such as PRIDETalk where the community gathers to learn about issues that effect the SGV LGBTQ Community. They also offer the following peer support programs: Senior 50+, Youth 12-18, Transgender, Queer in the ‘burbs, Addiction Recovery and Grief and Loss.

Satrang
Satrang serves the South Asian LGBTQ community by promoting awareness, acceptance and empowerment through social, education and advocacy-related events. The offer events such as A Night of Mujra to celebrate the queering of gender identity with a South Asian flare. They also offer support groups for South Asians who identify as transgender or gender non-conforming to meet and share stories and experiences.

St. John’s Well Child & Family Center
St. John’s Well Child & Family Center is an independent health organization that serves patients of all ages through various clinics spread throughout Central and South Los Angeles and Compton. They provide HIV/STD testing and treatment, primary care, and transgender health services and counseling.

UCLA Health
UCLA Health is committed to inclusive, culturally-competent care to the LGBTQ community of Los Angeles and the state of California. They offer specialized programs including their Gender Health Program which provides comprehensive medical care and support to the trans and gender variant community. They also house the CARE Center which conducts research and provides quality care to those living with HIV/AIDS.

Unity Fellowship of Christ Church Los Angeles
The Unity Fellowship of Christ Church of Los Angeles (UFCCLA) was founded in 1982 for primarily openly gay and lesbian African Americans. Since its founding, the UFCCLA has created HIV/AIDS outreach ministries with specific focus on the disenfranchised. They offer a support group for those infected or affected by HIV/AIDS to create a safe space for dialogue, they also offer mental health support for individual and families impacted by HIV/AIDS.

Van Ness Recovery House
The Van Ness Recovery House offers residential drug/alcohol treatment regardless of the ability to pay. Their mission is to meet the needs of the LBGTQ community for alcohol and drug addiction recovery. They offer a 4-6-month program for residents to provide structure and support to deal with issues that may have lead to drug/alcohol use/abuse. They also offer a psychologist and therapist to help with internalized homophobia, childhood sexual abuse, acceptance of HIV and both undiagnosed and diagnosed mental health.

Youth Center on Highland
Youth Center on Highland is a youth drop-in center that serves homeless and at-risk youth in Los Angeles. It offers housing, meals, showers, drop-in services, and HIV testing and counseling on site.

Sacramento

Gender Health Center
Gender Health Center seeks to provide comprehensive counseling and therapy services to the Sacramento area. They accept all patients but specialize in meeting the counseling needs of anyone identifying as gender-variant.

Golden Rule Services
Golden Rule Services is a culturally-competent organization that seeks to address health disparities among people of color in the Sacramento area, particularly in HIV prevention in the MSM community. They offer HIV/STD testing and assistance in accessing resources such as PrEP.

Weave, Inc.
Weave seeks to address issues of domestic and sexual violence. They provide LGBTQ-specific programs including individual and family counseling.

San Diego

The Center
The Center of San Diego is a safe space, community center, and resource center for the San Diego LGBTQ community. They provide weekly HIV and Hepatitis C testing as well as educational and treatment referral resources. They also house the Hillcrest Youth Center which provides community resources and educational programs to LGBTQ youth.

Family Health Centers of San Diego
Family Health Centers of San Diego provide comprehensive, inclusive primary care to the LGBTQ community. They offer full primary care, HIV screening and treatment, PrEP/PEP, cancer screenings, and transgender health services including medical case management and hormone therapy.

Center for Gender-Affirming Care – Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego
The Gender Management Clinic at Rady Children’s Hospital seeks to provide comprehensive, up-to-date, compassionate care to transgender and gender diverse youth in San Diego. Their clinic provides consultation, pubertal suppression, hormone therapy, and surgical referrals in addition to counseling, mental health support, and case management.

North County LGBTQ Resource Center
The North County LGBTQ Resource Center is a community space and resource provider in Oceanside. They provide HIV/STD testing and counseling at various health fairs and sponsored events in addition to plentiful community programming and support groups.

San Francisco & Bay Area

Alliance Health Project – UCSF
Alliance Health Project is a program through UCSF that provides comprehensive mental health care to the LGBTQ population of San Francisco. They provide counseling, psychotherapy, substance abuse treatment, and other LGBTQ-affirmative services.

API Wellness
API Wellness is an LGBTQ and people of color healthcare organization that provides comprehensive, culturally-competent care to the Bay Area. They provide primary care, HIV/STD testing and treatment, PrEP/PEP, and a full range of transgender health services including hormone therapy through various providers.

Berkeley Free Clinic
Berkeley Free Clinic is a non-profit health clinic that provides acute primary medical care and testing services on a free or low-cost basis. They provide HIV/STD testing and treatment, OBGYN screening and care, and trans/queer sexual health care in an inclusive, culturally-competent environment.

Center of Excellence for Transgender Health – UCSF
The Center of Excellence for Transgender Health partners with UCSF Medical Center and various provider organization to increase access to appropriate care and health resources for the transgender community. Through UCSF they provide comprehensive trans primary care, hormone therapy, and gender-affirming surgical procedures. They also formulate national treatment guidelines for transgender patients and supervise provider training in trans health.

Chrysalis Community Counseling Services
Chrysalis Community Counseling Services provides inclusive, affordable, feminist counseling services to families in Sonoma County. They’re feminist model informs their inclusive treatment that serves diverse family types and individual orientations.

Dimensions Queer Youth Clinic
Dimensions Queer Youth Clinic provides low-cost health services to queer, transgender, and questioning youth ages 12-25. They provide HIV/STD screening and treatment, preventative care, immunizations, PAP smears, pelvic exams, and mental health care in addition to low-cost transgender health care.

Gender Pathways Clinic – Kaiser Permanente
The Gender Pathways Clinic at Kaiser Permanente’s San Francisco Medical Center provides appropriate transgender care to the transgender and gender-expansive community of San Francisco. They offer hormone therapy, mental health care, sexual and reproductive care and screenings, and surgical evaluation and procedures.

Lyon-Martin Health Services
Lyon-Martin Health Services is a community health organization dedicated to comprehensive, inclusive healthcare for heterosexual, bisexual, lesbian, and transgender women. They provide primary care, gynecologic care, HIV screening and specialist care, and transgender health services including hormone therapy and surgical referral.

San Francisco City Clinic
The San Francisco City Clinic provides free or low-cost sexual health care to the Bay Area. They provide services regardless of immigration and insurance status. Services offered include HIV/STD testing and treatment, and women’s gynecologic screenings.

Tom Waddell Urban Health Transgender Clinic
The Tom Waddell Urban Health Transgender Clinic is a multidisciplinary primary care clinic overseen by The San Francisco Department of Public Health that provides full trans primary care in San Francisco. They provide full primary care including hormone therapy, mental health care, sexual health screening and care, and surgical referral.

Colorado

Colorado Health Network – Boulder County, Northern Colorado, Southern Colorado
Colorado Health Network seeks to improve HIV care and prevention efforts. They provide free, confidential HIV testing as well as medical care resources for those living with or affected by AIDS.

Boulder Valley Women’s Health Center
Boulder Valley Women’s Health Center provides comprehensive women’s health care. Their services include contraception care, abortion care, HIV/STD testing, pregnancy care, and transgender health services including primary care, mental health support, hormone therapy, and surgery referrals in a non-judgmental, culturally-competent environment.

Children’s Hospital Colorado – Adolescent Medicine
Adolescent Medicine at Children’s Colorado provides comprehensive primary care to adolescent patients throughout the state. Services include mental health support and general primary care. They also house the TRUE Center for Gender Diversity which employs a diverse team of psychologists, endocrinologists, and adolescent medicine physicians to improve health outcomes for gender diverse youth.

The Center
The Center is a community center serving the LGBTQ community in Denver. In addition to a safe space, support groups, and weekly programming, The Center offers free HIV testing in house via Denver Health weekly.

Colorado Crisis Services

Pueblo Community Health Center houses Ryan White Title III early intervention services for those living with or at risk for contracting HIV. Chicago House and Social Service Agency serves individuals and families disenfranchised by HIV/AIDS, LGBTQ marginalization, poverty, homelessness, and/or gender nonconformity. They offer services including housing, medical linkage, HIV prevention services, and legal aid.

Chicago Women’s AIDS Project
Chicago Women’s AIDS Project seeks to empower cisgender and transgender women to take control of their own health and well-being. They provide support groups, advocacy, and health linkage to women at risk for or living with HIV.

Howard Brown Health Center
Howard Brown Health Center is a facility that provides comprehensive health care for the LGBTQ population of Chicago and the state of Illinois at large. They provide a diverse range of primary care services including alternative insemination, women’s health, pediatric services, and healthcare for the trans and non-binary gender populations. IL PrEP Assistance Program

Infectious Disease Clinic – Eskenazi Health
The Eskenazi Health Infectious Disease Clinic (IDC) is a multidisciplinary clinic that assists in the prevention, diagnosis, and management of a wide variety of infectious diseases, including HIV. Social workers and care coordinators partner with people living with HIV and their significant others to prevent interruption in medical care and facilitate healthy living by linking clients to medical care, emotional support services, financial assistance, medical insurance, transportation and other community resources. LGBT Center at the University of Louisville
The LGBT Center has a satellite office on the health sciences campus that offers a free LGBT Health Certificate to UofL students, staff and faculty, as well as the public. Sessions can be completed online or in person. LGBT community members are encouraged to attend these sessions, and can also contact the Center to volunteer to be a part of trainings for health professional students on LGBT health issues.

University of Louisville Physicians

Diversity Richmond
Diversity Richmond raises funds through sales from its retail store, Diversity Thrift and through Diversity Bingo! a popular community activity. These donations are redistributed as grants to various LGBTQ organizations in Virginia. They also offer support groups and classes such as a Women Coming Out support group. 

LGBT Life Center
The LGBT Life Center provides numerous services to the local community of Norfolk and surrounding areas. Services include STI/HIV testing, mental health services, support groups, housing services, transportation assistance, and more.

Planned Parenthood South Atlantic
Planned Parenthood South Atlantic provides gender affirming hormone therapy (at some locations) as well as STI/HIV services.

Roanoke Diversity Center

North Puget Sound (Seattle)

Center for MultiCultural Health
The Center for MultiCultural Health’s mission is to promote the health and well-being of diverse communities, including individuals from communities of color, individuals with limited English proficiency, immigrants and refugees, through innovative health advocacy, health promotion, disease prevention, and immigrant and refugee service programs.

Entre Hermanos
Entre Hermanos specifically focuses on gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered individuals within the Latin community. The organization ties the two communities together by first and foremost providing information. Members strive to create an environment that foster leaders for the future and encourage all participants to actively partake in human-rights movements and political/social change. Entre Hermanos also provides free confidential HIV and STI exams to gay Latino men.

Gay City
Gay City is an organization that provides free HIV and STI testing, arts outreach, and community building opportunities for members of the LGBTQ community. Gay City’s Wellness Center, LGBTQ Resource & Referral Program, Gay City Volunteer Crew, and Gay City Arts provide multiple ways for our community to gather, connect, find voice and serve.

Ingersoll Gender Center
Ingersoll Gender Center is an organization of, by, and for transgender and gender diverse people that provides mutual support through peer led support groups, advocacy in navigating resources, community organizing, and education — all in the pursuit of our collective self-determination.

Lambert House 
Lambert House is a safe place for LGBTQ youth ages 22 and under. Their calendar is packed with fun activities, support groups, planning meetings, dances, and other events.

Lifelong AIDS Alliance
Lifelong is a community health organization committed to empowering people living with or at risk of HIV and/or other chronic conditions to lead healthier lives. Lifelong offers HIV/STI testing, health education, youth outreach, and support with housing, transportation, food insecurity, insurance, dental care, drug abuse/addiction recovery, and case management.

People of Color Against AIDS Network
Established in 1987, POCAAN is a multicultural, multi-social service agency serving marginalized communities in Seattle and greater King County. For many years their work has been rooted in HIV/AIDS prevention, but it has grown with the understanding that related issues such as substance abuse, incarceration, homelessness, sexually transmitted diseases, racism, sexism and homophobia also contribute to community marginalization and health disparities.

AIDS Housing Association of Tacoma

Gender Alliance of the South Sound
The Gender Alliance of the South Sound is a federal 501(c)(3) non-profit group dedicated to assisting the transgender community within the South Puget Sound area of Washington state. G.A.S.S. is open to all individuals who wish to learn more about their own unique inner self, to meet and mingle with others who are likewise on this voyage of discovery, and to get assistances with transgender-specific resources. They welcome anyone within the transgender spectrum: crossdressers, transsexuals (MTF and FTM), intersexed individuals, as well as spouses, significant others, friends, and family. 

Rainbow Center

Stonewall Youth

OutSpokane

Brady East STD Clinic
The Brady East STD Clinic is a no-cost clinic that provides comprehensive STD screening and HIV/AIDS prevention treatment and counseling. It provides treatment and resources with special regard to gender identity and provides a safe space for the LGBTQ community.

Diverse and Resilient
Diverse and Resilient seeks to contribute to a future where LGBTQ people in the state of Wisconsin lives full, healthy lives with a specific goal of addressing LGBTQ health disparities. They oversee multiple programs that provide services such as condom distribution, HIV testing and counseling including PrEP clinic, and educational curricula on LGBTQ issues to local schools.

FORGE
FORGE provides a directory of LGBTQ and specifically trans-friendy providers within the state of Wisconsin across various specialties. They also sponsor numerous programs and support groups throughout the state that address issues of violence, trans aging, and more. Their website provides access to multiple publications that address similar issues and are actively engaged in transgender advocacy.

Froedtert and Medical College of Wisconsin System
The Froedtert Health and Medical College of Wisconsin System provide nationally recognized LGBTQ care across a variety of specialties. The provider directory for LGBTQ patients by specialty can be found at the link provided. Services include competent OBGYN care, family physicians with experience with LGBTQ families, and reproductive medicine services.

Holton Street Clinic
The Holton Street Clinic provides specialized healthcare to all populations with actual or perceived STD’s. Services include comprehensive STD screening, HPV and HSV treatment, and vaccinations including HPV and Hepatitis A & B. HIV and syphilis testing are offered at no cost.

Froedtert & MCW Inclusion Health Clinic
Inclusion Health Clinics where providers with expertise and a passion for caring for LGBTQ patients deliver care in a welcoming, affirming environment. Teens Like Us Program
Teens Like Us is a program through Briarpatch Youth Services that seeks to educate and support LGTBQ youth ages 13-18. They host support groups and offer counseling on diverse topics such as HIV prevention and self-esteem building.

University of Wisconsin Trans Health Services
University Health Services at the University of Wisconsin offers services for transgender and genderqueer students. A specific LGBTQ health ambassador and counselor is available for mental health concerns and all UHS providers are trained in dealing with LGBTQ students and provide referrals to an established list of specialists.

University of Wisconsin Health Gender Services
University of Wisconsin Health Gender Services seeks to help transgender, gender-expansive, and non-binary patient access quality, gender-affirming care.
