After 10+ years of providing mental health services through case management and counseling- I am committed to inclusive, empathic care for all. I have seen the detrimental impacts of bias, exclusion, and hate towards the LGBTQ+ community both in my personal, and professional life. I have worked to increase my understanding, knowledge, and experience as an ally through meaningful connection, personal relationships, and quality education. I recently transitioned agencies to a firm more aligned with my beliefs regarding inclusivity, equality, competent treatment for all, and commitment to training and education- which is how I landed in OutCare’s recent training. I look forward to an ongoing connection for training and to be a resource as needed and able.
