Dr. Cooney is a very nice doctor. He has changed my life. I received cataract surgery by Dr. Cooney. I have perfect vision now. He is a very nice and friendly doctor who is very gentle to every patient. When I walked into his office and workers always gave me good services. Dr. Cooney’s office is very clean and comfortable.
