My Background
I’m thrilled to share a bit about my journey with you. I’m originally from Illinois, and I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University and then continued my educational adventure at Columbia University, where I obtained my Masters in Social Work.
Over the past few years, I’ve had the incredible privilege of working in a variety of settings, from the lively halls of schools to the busy corridors of hospitals. Most recently, I’ve been shining my therapeutic light in private practice.
I absolutely adore working with people, spanning from the tiniest tots to the wisest parents. My mission? To be your unwavering support and guide through life’s exciting and challenging twists and turns.
My approach to therapy is all about YOU. I wholeheartedly believe that each person is a unique universe of thoughts, feelings, and dreams, no matter their size. I’m here to create a safe and welcoming space where we can explore your inner world together. Our journey is all about self-discovery and empowering you to make those positive changes that light up your life.
So, if you’re on the lookout for a therapist who brings a youthful spirit and a client-centered approach to every session, you’ve found your place. Let’s step onto this path together and paint a brighter, happier future!
