I specialize in providing support to LGBTQ+ individuals and couples of all ages, including those in non-monogamous relationships. People who come to see me often focus on addressing challenges related to depression, stress, self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships, and concerns about sex and sexuality. I have completed training on sex-informed therapy and consult with other sex therapy providers in the community to increase my knowledge. I have been working in mental health care since 2016 and worked with LGBTQ+ children, adults, and older adults throughout my time in this work.
