I am a white cisgender woman committed to advocacy and alliance with the LGBTQ+ community. I am a wife and a mother of three. I am bicultural (Greek-American), I am trilingual (English, Greek, and Spanish), and I am passionate about mental health and social justice. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#69299), I have more than 10 years of experience providing mental health services, and have worked with diverse populations and presenting issues. I am a nationally and internationally certified cognitive behavioral therapist. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirmative, feminist, body positive, sex positive, and culturally sensitive. I work with women, men, non-binary individuals; LGBTQIA+ identified folx and their families; young adults, older adults, and parents raising young children. I have been a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) since 2022. I am based in Long Beach, California, and I also provide services remotely through the use of a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
