I’m a student therapist studying Couples and Family Therapy and Sex Therapy at Antioch University. I work with individuals and couples facing challenges regarding sexuality and pleasure, neurodivergence, non-monogamy, trauma, and generational patterns. I appreciate working with a diverse range of people and keep myself open to learning about the wide array of experiences each person has.
My goal as a therapist is to help people build healthier relationships with themselves and those around them. I want my clients walking away from sessions believing that they deserve to take up space in their full authenticity and that they have the tools to navigate their environment in a way that feels healthy to them. I believe that each person is the expert in their own lives, and I am here to facilitate one’s understanding of themselves, their experiences, and relationships in a safe, collaborative, and authentic space.
While I like to take an integrative approach and allow for flexibility based on a person’s needs, my philosophy is rooted in systems theory, holistic health, and somatic awareness. My therapeutic perspective comes from an understanding that our intersecting identities can create a whirlpool of conflict within ourselves and our relationships. Healing isn’t about completely omitting the conflict, but about learning how to find harmony and balance within ourselves and learning how to come back to the grounded self when conflict arises.
