I’m a licensed professional counselor and a queer clinician, and I approach this work with a strong commitment to creating spaces where people can show up fully as themselves without needing to explain or defend their identity. Feeling safe and understood in therapy isn’t a given, and I’m intentional about building that from the start.
My clinical work focuses on helping people who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, identity exploration, or ongoing emotional overwhelm. I use evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for borderline personality disorder (BPD) and for those looking to improve emotional regulation, relationships, and daily functioning. I am in the final stages of Linehan certification in DBT. I am also trained in Prolonged Exposure (PE) for PTSD and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma.
I often work with clients navigating chronic emotion dysregulation, self-harm, or suicidal thoughts, as well as those who have tried therapy before and are looking for a more structured, effective approach. My style is active, collaborative, and skills-focused, with an emphasis on helping clients create meaningful, sustainable change in their day-to-day lives.
I offer in-person therapy in Center City Philadelphia and telehealth across Pennsylvania, and I’m also licensed to provide telehealth for residents of Florida, Connecticut, Ohio, and Delaware.
If you’re thinking about starting therapy and aren’t sure what you need yet, I offer free consultations and am always happy to talk through options with you. Please reach out today to connect!
