If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with authenticity, compassion, and zero judgment, you’re in the right place.
For the past 17 years, I’ve worked in mental health and case management, supporting people through some of life’s most difficult moments. My experience includes working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, suicidal ideation, psychosis, chronic illness, life transitions, and identity-related challenges. I understand that every person’s story is unique, and I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are.
I provide LGBTQ+ affirming care and am committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where your identity is respected, celebrated, and never questioned. Whether you’re exploring your identity, navigating relationships, processing family dynamics, coping with minority stress, or simply looking for a therapist who “gets it,” my goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported.
My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, drawing from person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and existential frameworks. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies, meaningful insights, and the patterns that may be keeping you feeling ‘stuck’. My hope is that our work together helps you build resilience, deepen self-acceptance, and create a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilled.
