
Amy Baylaurel Casey, MS, CMHC (they/them), is a transgender non-binary pansexual identifying master’s-level clinical mental health counselor who received their Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Plymouth State University. They have a master’s certificate in Gender Affirming Clinical Practice from Antioch University, and specialize in gender affirming care, including writing letters of support. Amy is also focused on LGBTQ+ care, as well as anxiety and depression. Amy works with clients ages 8–88 and uses a person-centered trauma-informed approach informed by expressive arts, feminist, narrative, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), existential, Gestalt, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and solution-focused theories. Amy also volunteers for First Aid of the Soul, in co-facilitating a clinical supervision group for clinicians working in the Ukraine, providing clinician assistance and support.
