Dr. Shilpa Kapoor, a licensed clinical psychologist, therapeutic coach, and woman entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and professionals through personal, relational, and professional challenges. My work is rooted in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a solution-oriented approach that helps people move forward with greater clarity, self-awareness, and purpose.

My bicultural background and lived experience as a woman of color deeply inform my work.
