I am a sex-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming therapist with a passion for supporting clients navigating sexual trauma. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from NC State University and am currently working as a sex therapist at Carolina Sexual Wellness Center. I specialize in working with clients who have concerns related to sex, sexuality, and gender. I believe that everyone deserves to love and be loved in whatever narrative makes sense to them, as long as everyone involved is on the same page. I know that walking into a therapist’s office to talk about the most intimate parts of your life can already feel intimidating, and I work hard to make sure my space never feels clinical or cold. I bring a gentle but realistic approach to sessions, wanting clients to feel like they can be fully open without fear of judgment.
