I became a clinician because I know what it feels like to search for the highest version of yourself, and I wanted to provide a space where people can feel free to explore their true identity while feeling valued and heard. Therapy to me is about connecting with your inner self, ultimately leading to healing and power within. I identify as a cisgender, Caucasian female, who is religiously diverse. I provide trauma and eating disorder therapy for LGBTQ+ community, both of which I specialized in during my Master’s Program as it relates to the LGBTQ+ community.
One of the most rewarding parts about being a therapist is watching my clients grow and achieve their personal goals, big or small. Through my experience working with a wide variety of communities and individuals, I have come to realize that anyone is capable of finding the best version of themselves, and I feel honored to be able to connect with people through navigating the highs and lows of their individual journey. As I continue on my own journey of self-exploration, I find myself ever more grateful for the folks who are willing to share their most vulnerable moments and allow me to offer support along the way.
