I am a resident in counseling in Virginia and an alumni of Old Dominion University. I believe that all facets of my therapeutic work should incorporate cultural humility and multicultural knowledge. My aim is to offer my clients a secure environment where they can investigate their present concerns, examine their past experiences, and constructively shape their identity. My eclectic approach tailors treatment to your goals using CBT, Person-Centered, Feminist, and Narrative Therapies. I offer individual and relationship counseling for adults 18+, with experience working with both monogamous and ethically non-monogamous clients.
