As a holistic pelvic floor occupational therapist, my work is grounded in trauma-informed, inclusive, and evidence-based pelvic health care. All gender identities and sexual orientations are welcomed and respected. Language, intake forms, and care plans are intentionally designed to reflect individual goals and lived experiences. I have received my CSOT certification, which is a Certified Sexuality Occupational Therapy Practitioner training that extensively discusses LGBTQIA+ care. Consent, choice, and empowerment are central to every session. To ensure the most accurate evidence, ongoing education in queer-inclusive anatomy and care ensures treatment is up to date and always patient centered. Here at Hälsa, I work along side patients from a place of empathy and collaboration.
