I have 20 years of personal healing and lived experience that informs my practice. I enjoy working with folx who are trying to make peace with religious trauma. I also have a lot of experience in areas of anxiety; trauma, narcissism abuse recovery, identity exploration, life transitions, addiction recovery support, compulsive eating behaviors, and depression. As a cis-female, bisexual Latina (some Spanish spoken), I am sensitive to diversity equity and inclusion. I’m a parent to an extraordinary Trans pre-teen and understand the experience of a loved one who has transitioned. I am affirming of all walks of life: people of diverse racial, spiritual, and cultural backgrounds, LGBTQIA+, kink and polyamory. Come as you are.
