Seeking therapy is a deeply personal decision, and I believe one of the most important parts of the process is finding someone you feel comfortable with. My goal is to create a space where you can show up authentically, feel genuinely heard, and begin exploring the experiences and patterns that may be keeping you from living the life you want.
For more than ten years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. My career began as a social worker serving diverse communities throughout California, where I worked with individuals and families navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, and the challenges that come with an ever-changing world. Those experiences shaped the therapist I am today—someone who believes that healing begins with feeling understood.
Clients often tell me they appreciate my calm, grounded approach and that they feel comfortable opening up with me. I don’t believe therapy should feel intimidating or clinical. Instead, I strive to create an environment where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious enough to explore, and supported enough to grow.
As an immigrant, bilingual Latino therapist, I understand how culture, family, identity, and lived experiences influence the way we see ourselves and connect with others. My practice is rooted in cultural humility and affirmation, with a special passion for supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and members of the Latino community. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, identity exploration, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to better understand what’s beneath the surface and build healthier, more intentional ways of moving through life.
My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change comes through self-awareness, compassion, and accountability. Therapy isn’t about becoming someone different—it’s about reconnecting with the person you’ve always been beneath the expectations, fear, or patterns that may have developed along the way.
