I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rosemont College. I specialize in perinatal mood disorders, pregnancy and infant loss, fertility issues, and sexual trauma. My approach to counseling is holistic, client-centered, and strengths-based, incorporating talk therapy, mindfulness, holistic interventions, and creative practices.
I am Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International and have extensive experience treating perinatal mood disorders, including depression and anxiety, as well as supporting individuals through pregnancy loss, infant loss, and trauma.
I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and strive to create an inclusive, supportive space for all clients. My training includes LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and I have experience running LGBTQIA+ support groups, providing affirming individual therapy, and supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and their families. As a family member of LGBTQIA+ individuals, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work.
My background includes working as a mental health professional in outpatient community mental health centers and in residential care with pregnant women, new mothers, and survivors of sex trafficking.
