I am a neurodivergent, queer, fluid, Filipine-American therapist born and raised in the Bay Area, CA, now living and working on Gabrielino-Tongva (and Kizh Nation) and Yuhaaviatam (Serrano) land.

My intention is to create a warm and collaborative space that is focused on understanding and empathizing with your unique experiences. Often times folx start with a focus on depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, and interpersonal/generational traumas.

I am deeply passionate about integrating cultural humility and attunement with all my clients, noting how oppressive systems such as capitalism, white supremacy, and colonialism impact my clients and their overall well-being.

Clinically, I draw interventions from a Humanistic, Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed, and Liberation Psychology-focused positionality. Additionally, I am trained in Brainspotting and completed my training through a neurodiversity affirmative group. I am also available to write medical affirming procedure/hormone and/or surgery letters after one session.
