Hi! I’m Kat. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio specializing in sexuality, relationships, identity, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I work with individuals, couples, and relationship systems navigating concerns related to sexual health, gender and sexual identity, anxiety, OCD, trauma, neurodivergence, consensual non-monogamy, kink/BDSM, and donor conception.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and utilize person-centered, ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused, and trauma-informed approaches. As a donor-conceived person and Vice President of Mental Health Initiatives for the United States Donor Conceived Council, I am passionate about supporting donor-conceived individuals and families through both advocacy and clinical care. I also develop psychoeducational programming and provide affirming, sex-positive care that honors clients’ identities, values, and lived experiences. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe exploring who they are, strengthening relationships, and building lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.
