I work with individuals and couples who are navigating life transitions, exploring identity, or trying to make sense of complex family and relationship dynamics. Many of the people I support feel stuck in patterns they do not fully understand yet. Together, we slow things down and get curious about those patterns, where they came from, how they once served you, and whether they still fit the life you are trying to build now.
My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and informed by Internal Family Systems. I see you as the expert on your own experience, and my role is to help you access that inner clarity when it feels hard to hear. I am not a passive therapist. I show up authentically, offer honest reflections, and will gently challenge you when it supports your growth.
I am especially passionate about supporting clients exploring gender identity, sexual orientation, and other parts of self that may feel vulnerable or complex. I also work with individuals navigating family expectations, boundaries, and decisions about connection or distance in ways that align with their values. As a trauma-informed and culturally informed therapist, I hold awareness of how identity, marginalization, and access to resources shape mental health and lived experience.
With couples and families, I support more open and intentional communication while helping you understand the deeper emotional patterns underneath conflict. Therapy with me is collaborative, empowering, and rooted in curiosity. If you are ready to better understand yourself and move toward something more aligned, I would be honored to support you in that process.
