Hi, My name is Marty Caballero. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) providing inclusive, trauma-informed therapy under LCSW-S supervision at CREATE Mental Health & Educational Center in Houston. My background blends clinical mental health with fitness and performance coaching, helping clients strengthen both emotional and physical well-being.
My approach is humanistic and affirming of all identities and expressions. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and men navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem, identity, and emotional regulation. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore authenticity, challenge gender norms, and build confidence in who they are.
I actively engage in ongoing CEU trainings on trauma, diversity, and LGBTQ+ mental health inclusion. My practice welcomes individuals across the LGBTQ+ spectrum, with a focus on culturally responsive and body-positive care.
