LGBTQ+ Qualifications
As a cis gender female, I am not sure that I have “qualifications” to provide LGBTQ+ Care but I do have a passion. I have completed multiple trainings on LGBTQ + care, with the most recent one being provided by Edward Stern, MSN, PMHNP-BC, APRN at the APNA conference in Oct 2023. I am also the secretary for our ALLIES group at the university I teach at. Our private practice office host a monthly Stand With Trans support group for adolescents.
