My role is to meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you as we collaboratively shape a path toward greater freedom and connection. My practice integrates various therapeutic approaches, allowing us to find what works best for your specific needs, including: Depth Psychology, DBT, Somatic Work, Expressive Arts, Astrology, and Mindfulness.
I approach our work together with deep respect for your lived experience and innate wisdom. As someone who is part of both the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, I understand firsthand the importance of finding a therapist who truly sees and affirms all aspects of who you are.
My practice is trauma-informed, recognizing that healing happens within the context of safety, trust, and authentic connection.
My approach is based on the understanding that unconscious patterns and deeper currents shape experiences and the body holds wisdom and healing that words alone cannot access. Tapping into your inner guidance and symbolic understanding through dreams or exploring and processing emotions through creativity and movement can open those deeper currents for integration.
