I am queer, trans nonbinary, neurodivergent and polyamorous mental health counselor of South Asian immigrant background. My practice is queer, kink and ENM-affirming, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and disability justice-oriented. I work predominantly integratively, tailoring therapy to the individual client and pulling skills from several modalities while remaining grounded in queer, feminist and multicultural theories. My work centers embodied understanding of the structures that shape us and impact our mental health and wellbeing, and exploring what it might take to thrive within them, while working towards dismantling those that harm us. I specialize in complex racial, relational, developmental and generational trauma, and love helping folks come into closer, kinder relationship with themselves and others.
