I am an internal medicine physician providing LGBTQ+affirming adult primary care in North Florida. I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming healthcare environment for patients of all sexual orientations and gender identities. My approach is patient-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in respectful communication with correct use of names and pronouns.
My clinical practice includes comprehensive adult primary care, preventive care, routine and catch-up vaccinations, chronic disease management, and coordination of referrals to affirming specialists when needed. In addition, I am an LGBTQ+ health researcher, particularly related to sexual and gender minority patient-reported outcomes, which informs my understanding of systemic barriers and inequities in healthcare.
My goal is for LGBTQ+ patients to feel safe, heard, and empowered, and to know they have a trusted physician who will advocate for their health and well-being.
