Self-care is very important to me and I have several ways to help me thrive so I can be my best self as a clinician. I love to forage for mushrooms, especially during the fall. I love spending time with my dog and doing what I can to make him happy. I have tons of plants that I mostly grew from seed and find a lot of fulfillment in watching them grow. I also thrive in connection with others and find time to invest in my communities. Being a clinician also helps me thrive and I feel so grateful to have found a job that I love this much.
