I am an LPC in Colorado and I am transmasculine and I provide mental health services to the LGBTQIA+ community. My area of focus is Gender and Sexuality issues and I work with folx ages 4-55 years old. I have formal training in non-directive play therapy and a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Northern Colorado 2018 and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Norther Colorado 2014. I have specific training from the Gender Identity Center of Colorado in social and medical gender transition and providing other mental health services to folx of many identities. I also use my lived experience to inform my work with individual clients as well as outreach and education to the community I serve. I also provide supervision to other mental health professionals who want to support folx in the LGBTQIA+ community. I approach therapy from a Person Centered lens and I use modalities such as mindfulness, CBT, Child Centered Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other Narrative approaches. I believe there is no one way to be a part of this community and my goal to to support my clients in living an authentic life.
