Who can join
LGBTQIA+ adults (18+) living in the United States
Shine the Light 2026 is a national research study exploring the workplace experiences of LGBTQIA+ people across the United States. The survey asks about workplace inclusion, belonging, identity, employer policies and practices, and experiences of discrimination. Participants will complete an online survey about their experiences and perspectives. Findings will help inform employers, organizations, and advocates working to create more inclusive and equitable workplaces. Participation is voluntary, and responses will be analyzed in aggregate.
