As Chief Strategy Officer at SohoMD, she leads national growth and payer partnerships, bringing her practical vision to the front lines of virtual care. Previously, Cassie built and scaled inclusive behavioral health models at Valera Health and Iris Telehealth, expanding access to care for more than 160 million covered lives. Cassie’s advocacy is personal - shaped by her trans brother’s journey and a lifelong commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion. Aside from serving on the board at OutCare Health, she sits on the board of Synergy Services and is part of the HLTH Foundation’s Techquity for Health Coalition, advancing mental health equity through systems change and bold thought leadership. At the heart of her work is a simple mission: make quality healthcare more accessible, affirming, and human for all.
