He has been in healthcare since 2012 and has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner since 2017, with extensive experience caring for LGBTQIA+ communities. Isaac has completed a Primary Care Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of California, Irvine, with advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. His work emphasizes trauma-informed, affirming, and evidence-based care, informed by engagement with clinical research, quality improvement, and emerging best practices. He also brings experience in practice development, telehealth expansion, provider education, and implementation of research-informed care models to improve access and outcomes for underserved populations. As a member of the OutCare Board, Isaac is committed to advancing provider education, visibility, and advocacy efforts that expand access to affirming healthcare nationwide.
