she/her Wilmette, IL CEO & Founder, NDH Advisory 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘆 Natalie Hanson, Ph.D. (she/her) is the founder and CEO of NDH Advisory, where she advises high-growth SaaS and healthtech startups, with a particular focus on women’s health and health equity. As an executive operator and anthropologist, she has spent more than 20 years building and leading cross-functional teams across the software lifecycle while helping organizations center the human experience in new digital solutions and models of care. Previously, Natalie was a Partner at ZS, where she built and led a 300+ person Digital Solutions & Experience Transformation team delivering human-centered strategy and large-scale technology implementations for healthcare and life sciences clients. In that role, she founded and later served as global executive sponsor for ZS’s LGBTQIA+ employee resource group. Natalie’s commitment to health equity is grounded in her own coming out journey and chronic health issues, which fuel her aspiration to make healthcare safer and more affirming. She partners with leaders and allies to deepen understanding of LGBTQIA+ lived experience and to advance policies and practices that both improve health outcomes and create more welcoming workplaces and healthcare settings for all.
